#asktheexpert / my baby was iugr and delivered was in week 38th. Baby weight at the time of birth /2.3 kg hc -31 cm. Now after 3 months baby weight- 4 kg amd hc -35 cm. I went to the dr he said there’s nothing to worry about head as it is increasing gradually but i also took second opinion from other dr and he told its in 5 percentile and is a concern. He didn’t check the progress and was focusing on the current hc only

A. wl suggest on to worry abt it as the baby grows may be gradually wl improve.... follow the doc... take care... it is exclusively breast feed recommended fr 6 mnths ,mother milkbhelps wt gain
