A. Better do a pregnancy test and rule out a pregnancy and if it is negative then keep using contraception because there will be irregularities in your menstrual cycles even up to one yearWrite Your Answer Here

A. tgen wait. you have to do a few more tests and a scan after a local doctor advice for proper treatmentyou can eat all you want thats home made and fresh and cooked. get dal, roti, rice, fruits and salads.

It’s all normal and common
No need to worry
It happens due to hormone changes
Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food take seasonal fruits and vegetables which is rich in all minerals and vitamins maintain hydration
