Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. after vomiting wait for one hour then give vomiting medicine (syp ondem/emeset) and then again wait for one hour and then give only easily digestible food.
do not give anything to eat in this 2hr waiting period.
if vomiting occurs again then meet your doctor.
avoid giving milk and heavy diet
avoid giving outside milk to the child for at least 12 hours

Start with small amounts of milk and wait to see if they vomit again. Your baby might vomit the milk right back up, but it's better to try than not. If your little one is at least 6 months old and doesn't want to feed after throwing up several times, offer them water in a bottle or a spoon.
