ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician3 years agoA. Hello , your baby girl is 27 months old and she has a vomitng leading to dehydration and inturn she has no bulky material to oprate upon so give her plenty of food

I don’t think so ice cream as to do anything with your vomiting and constipation issue yet if you have a concern regarding this query then it would be important for you to ones get it checked with your doctor because the correct treatment and medication can only be suggested by a doctor in thisWrite Your Answer Here
