A. hiccups in children occur due to gas which is present in the stomach. during the feeding process child takes air along with milk and that air goegs inside the stomach which irritates leading to hiccups. you have to offer feeding as well as do proper burping(for atleast 20 minutes) to decrease this problem and it is a self limiting problem

A. You might notice that your baby hiccups a lot — they might have even hiccuped when they were still in the womb. This is entirely normal and is usually no reason to worry.
