#asktheexpert my baby swallowed small lithium battery from the mobile toy. Were on a hill station and here there are no X-ray services. Doctor gave us laxative so it can come out. Please suggest what should we do.

A. Hello my dear parent! It should come out. Complete the course of treatment as prescribed. If there is any further discomfort please let your doctor know that and seek further assistance. Good luck and take care
