Let your baby hands occupied by any toy of his choice and pat a little on hand if baby does so as baby is 3 year old and understand things well. This way, he will understand that this things Should not be done by him.
Give weight gaining food like paneer oats mashed potatoes mashed banana apple puree ghee in dal cheese eggs etc
