Hello ma’am Maybe your child is having excessive dry skin which is why this is happening I’m just going to advise you to start applying NMFE vitamin E cream onto your child’s body and slowly gradually with time the patches and the dry skin is going to settle down and also would like to tell you that there is no picture available with your query
