#asktheexpert My baby's milk intake is almost nill. what alternative can I give him to balance this? how much milk is required at this age?

Hello ma’am A minimum of half a litre would b Advisable to go for on an everyday basis but if your child is not liking molk at least give curd to your child 2 to 3 bowls and apart from that would advise you to give a variety of milk to your child maybe fruit milkshake chocolate milkshake fruit smoothies you can give good amount of Paneer on an every day basis to incorporate the amount of milk
