Q.

#asktheexpert my baby's haemoglobin level is 6.8 her pediatrician has suggested for a blood transfusion. is there any other option to deal with this?

A. hello the Hb level is very less and since the child is very small the doctor as advised for the blood transfusion and it would be better to get it done at the earliest to avoid any further complication and it is safe and nothing to worry about.. later you can monitor with additional supplement but for immediate it is very much necessary
