#asktheexpert My baby’s birth weight was 4.3kg and now he is 2.5 month old with weight 5.5kg weighed using a luggage scale and look wise he does not look like he has put on - is the weight gain normal for a bigger birth weight baby?

A. The Weight gain is excellent your child is having double the birth weight at such an early age so obviously it’s an excellent way to the double bottle it is mostly considered good at the age of six months your child is having it way too old is of course it’s a very healthy weight gain
