Sleep Cycle in smaller babies is very different and they have a certain pattern initially which becomes regularize at around 6 to 8 months of age and if the baby is comfortafeble with no irritability because of infantile colic nasal blockage any regurgitation etc you shhould not worry just give a comfortable position to the baby and no medicine is required.

Maybe your child is a light sleeper which is why your child is not able to sleep properly I would just like to tell you as of now that you can just put ear plugs or cotton into the years of your child this way your child will not have unnecessary noise from outside and probably the child is going to have a better sleep that weWrite Your Answer Here
