#asktheexpert my baby not eating properly. I dont give salt to her but someday if salt is given to her she enjoy the food what to do

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Now you san start adding salt and sugar in meals of the baby as tasteless foods are not liked by even babies so you can start adding it in moderation no problem at all

Well that’s the only reason I believe you should give salt to the child from the very beginning itself because that is what is the right way to feed the child you should avoid sugar as long as you can but even if you do not give salt the food is going to be absolutely baseless my paediatrician always used to say when you cannot eat tasteless food why do expect your child to eat so which is why I was recommended to give everything to the child from the very beginning including all the necessary spices that we make our food withWrite Your Answer Here
