ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. nothing else than breast milk till 6 month of aIts better to wait till 6 months by that time baby's bowel will be mature enough to accept semi solid foods
WHO and UNICEF recommend that babies be fed nothing but breast milk for their first 6 month gge.
