Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 11 m old girl4 years agoA. unable to tell. if baby active and taking feeds don't worry . loose watery stools is considered normal in babies.. Fever with pain in abdomen if present can b due to infection n needs a doctor consult soon
