#AskTheExpert My baby is turning one in just 10days, however stil she had only 1 teeth, which came out at 8th month. since then not a single teeth has came out. kindly advice if it's normal,or something needs to check out

no it's totally normal.
kids sometimes show a little delay in getting their first milk teeth and it's normal..
maximum upto the age of 18 months first milk teeth can erupt

usually it is normal.
your child get other teeth within few days.
but as delay can be caused by calcium deficiency ,I advise to give calcium rich food like Ragi , nuts, dairy products etc more
give early morning sunbath for 20 minutes a day which is best source of vitamin D.
