#AskTheExpert My baby is turning one in a week. Since a couple of days he has started spitting food out. We feed him one bite, he immediately takes it out. Any suggestions

A. Hi parent please don't force feed your child please give easily digestible food like curd rice and khichdi vegetable soup and upma daliya mashes etc please give daily massage and sun light exposure
