Hello ma’am If your child is stinky then you should maintain proper hygiene to your child give proper oil massage give proper bath to your child with a good soap and after that apply good amount of cream on to the body to maintain hydration and hygiene and if there’s anything else you feel is wrong then consult your doctor ones
