#AskTheExpert my baby is suffering from fever from yesterday and the temperature is 102. I'm using MEFTAL. P but someone said it's very high dose. is it ok to the same syrup Or could you please any other ?

A. it's use for high grade fever, For any fever paracetamol is fine..after giving paracetamol wait for 30mins to 1 hour...if fever does not subside you can give tepid sponging. tc
