In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a proper examination or assessmentyyu is done to find out the exact cause so it is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examiine and evaluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .

Vomiting and spitting is very normal due to stomach reflux that’s very common with kids so don’t worry about it just make sure that you’re feeding your child on demand but if the vomiting is too much for you to see your handle then consult the doctor for a medication
