Hello mom some spliting or vomit if common due to reflux action . but if it is aa it is whole milk then it is due to in digestion . so if thats not the case then take care of your diet and prefer easy to digest foods . also while feeding you make sure the baby head is elevated with help your palm so that the flow of milk is good
