Give one boiled egg per day. Give lentils like urad Dal and moong Dal. Give cheesy potatoes and sweet potatoes. Give ragi and brown rice. Give chickpeas and green peas.

Give banana, avocado, pear, papaya, pineapple and mango. Give fruit milkshakes and fruit smoothies and add dry fruits powder to them. Give plain nuts to eat like walnuts, cashew nuts, almonds, peanuts and raisins.
