Later mashed paneer.
Add ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible.
Beginning with 3-4 teaspoons, give top food 2 to 3 time’s a day and up to half katori every time. Continue to breastfeed.

As ur baby is 6 months old, the diet chart that u can folow is to give food 1-2 times in a day. Start with easily digestable food like cerelac, khichdi, ripe banana, apple puree etc as the first food.
