A. Dear mum, you can start with soft and mashed foods like porridge, kheer, homemade cerelac, fruit purée. Then dal rice with vegetables, khichadi, curd. Later mashed paneer. Add ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible. Beginning with 3-4 teaspoons, give top food 2 to 3 time’s a day and up to half katori every time. Continue to breastfeed.

A. Hi dear mom As ur baby is 6 months old, the diet chart that u can folow is to give food 1-2 times in a day. Start with easily digestable food like cerelac, khichdi, ripe banana, apple puree etc as the first food.
