#AskTheExpert my baby is sitting well with his hand support for 2-3 mins and then falls. he will be 6 month in 10 days. can i start solid for him? Or I have to wait for him to sit without support of his hands?

A. Hello mom if he is able to balance his head well and also able to sit by himself even with support without been feeling discomfort you can introduce him to solids

A. just an update for fellow mommies worried like me. baby started sitting without any support with ease from 6.5 month. this is totally fine.
