Q.

#asktheexpert My baby is seven months old. My breast milk has reduced a lot and I find it difficult to feed him. Can I start giving him normal cow milk?

Weaning has three stages in which it can be started . stage 1 consists of introduction of liquids and solid food which shall be done at 5 to 6 months of age atnd needs to be started gradually step by step .t stage 2 consists of more textured and new taste to baby by 7 months of age stage 3 in which a more variety of food can be started by 9-12 months of age...
