#asktheexpert my baby is premature,birth weight was 1.2kg, and she. is 2 months , having 2.6kg, when I started to breast feeding directly, she weigh less,Why so what is the ideal weight of baby to breast feeding

A. Hello dear parent, just feed your baby every two hours. And baby gain 500 grams every month till age 6 months. So just feed the baby and help her burp after every feed. Do not worry if baby is urinating 8 to 10 times in the day. As that will indicate that baby is well fed and well hydrated.
