#asktheexpert my baby is premature and delivery happened after 34 weeks . Now she is 15 days old. From day one her weight is in the same range from 1480-1540gms. What to do to gain weight or after how many days she will start gaining weight?

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 2 years agoA. Premature babies Take a long time to get stabilized. So just continue with proper breastfeeding or formula feed. Whatever you are giving so as to maintain proper health of the baby.
And try not to compare anything with other babies. And let the baby growth happen slowly with regular Follow-up of your doctor.
