#asktheexpert my baby is only 11kg she is 2.5yrs old pls suggest some ideas for weight gain

A. dear mum, for weight gain of your 2.5 years old child, give five meals this includes two healthy snacks give more than One Katori every time the meals should be wholesome having variety of food groups like grains, pulses/non veg vegetables green leafy vegetables fruits dairy products like curd paneer nuts control intake of high sugar, oil and salt containing food and beverages processed packaged foods

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much if baby is active and having food properly and please add eggs ragi porridge soaked nuts chicken and dairy products along with home made food. Take care
