Offer small portions of food and give more only when the kid asks. Offer colourful foods and cut foods into different shapes using food cutters as colours and shapes attract the attention of the kid. Offer more of finger foods. Offer foods in colourful plates or bowls. Offer different textures of foods. Make family meals a pleasant family experience. The family should eat all meals together so that your kid learns good and healthy eating habits from parents and siblings. Involve your kid in meal preparations.
