#AskTheExpert My baby is one and a half months old. Can I begin asan, pranayam or other types of exercises for keeping myself fit?

A. hello yes you can slowly start with excercise and yogasana which is absolutely safe and not a problem.. but make sure you have recovered completely and do not strain yourself too much which then should be better and also safe too and start slowly and do not strain too much
