ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. dear ma'am what is the weight of your child by 1 year child should triple the birth weight do not go by the appearance if child is gaining adequate weight ,is playful , achieving growth milestones and not falling sick frequently it indicates good health child given all family foods 5 meals in a day more than One Katori every time continue to breastfeed till 2 years
