#asktheexpert my baby is now 13 month and his stomach is always disturb hardly one week is good and next week Loos motion are coming i give lactose free milk which is not too good for baby

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy1 Year agoA. kindly give easily digestible food for few days like rice dal khichdi curd buttermilk apple banana poha upma and do not give milk to the child.x
also it is advisable not to give any milk products like outside milk cerelac milk powder cow milk animal milk.
you cannot give chocolate and icecream.
you cannxot give outside food as well as preservative food.
avoid giving raw food and also sugary food
avoid tea coffee.
if required your doctor will add antacids as well as anti colic medicines for your child
