#asktheexpert my baby is not yet sleeping at night properly. When will she come to a continuous sleep of four to five hours

A. feed her well maintain calm environment, dim lights at night even during feeding. keep the day activity in bright light , do minimum interaction with baby at night. swaddle well till 3 months of age. make use of her favourite blanket/ toy, so they feel secure.
