#AskTheExpert hello ma'am,, my baby used to sleep for a very little span of time,, about 20min,,,he doesn't sleep at a stretch of 2 to 3 hours in day time properly,, but he is sleeping at a long stretch at night. hhe is 2 months 12days old,,his aggregate sleep is of 10-11 hours. pls help.

Sleep Cycle in smaller babies is very different and they have a certain pattern initially which becomes regularize at around 6 to 8 mongths of age and if the baby is comfortable with no irritability because of infantile colic nasal blockage any regudrgitation etc you should not worry just give a comfortable position to the baby and no medicine is required.
