A. Good Growth of the child is very important and for this most important is that child should take a healthy diet where its necessary to give a balance diet which should contain all the nutrition required. This is very important for building the immunity also. Encourage for green vegetables fruits dairy products all kinds of dal and other protein containing food items like soyabean eggs etc. Some nutritional deficiencies can be a cause for less appetite like iron deficiency which is most common. Supplements like iron supplementsf and multivitamin with lysine like syp zincovit CL can be given for 1-2 months to increase the appetite. Diet counselling is avlso very important .

A. hi okay then start weaning. but do it gradually. for that ,first understand your child's feeding patterns and hunger cues. then set Consistent mealtime for your child. give food with different taste and different texture. it will help to encourage your child to take interest in food.
