#asktheexpert my baby is not taking breastfeed properly. when she is awake , she wants to play and she wants to see surroundings when I'm giving feed. even her weight also not at good . as newborn she was 3kgs and now she is 2 months 22 days but her weight is 5kgs , what should I do to make her to take proper feed ? Thank you sir/madam

ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician4 years agoA. weight of the baby seems fyn weight gain depends upon birth wiegth and maturity of the baby if the baby is active and feeding adequately don't worry about it. .

You may give her breast milk as per her demand
mom should not use the food that causes gas and indigestion
Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350 , mom should not use Demineralized water
