Avoid giving a longer daytime nap right now because some kids sleep for 3 to 4 hours in the day also which is why the night sleep is honper so if you want your child child should sleep proper in the night then you really need to avoid giving the daytime nap get your child exhausted and which is what is going to be helpful right now
