#AskTheExpert my baby is not pooping since yesterday & had vomited 3 times the milk have little gas & cough. please suggest she is 1 month 4 days old.

A. for babies who drink exclusively breast milk do not pass motion daily and sometimes they can go without a poopy diaper even for up to one week. for gases you can give Himalaya bonnisan drops
