You can give Daal Khichdi with adding variety of veggies like Spinach, potatoes, beans, carrot, pumpkin.
Give Ragi , makkhana, rice, suji porridge, suji kheer.
Give fruits like peach, pear, apple, avcado, banana in pureed form or mashed form.
serve wheat Dalia adding veggies, curd, ghee.

Hi It’s not necessary if your child is not liking potato in banana that’s fine that’s not the only source for healthy weight gain for healthy weight gain a child should be having a balanced nutritious diet which is what makes a lot of difference so you should just be working upon that
