#AskTheExpert my baby is not having weight according to height .Will it cause problem?

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. how much lag.To increase weight you must add high energy foods like eggs paneer , soya , ghee in rice , khichdi etc.this will boost him ok.See it looks ok only.but if you doubt then for your satisfaction show to a doctor there as they can examine the patient and give even a better opinion in this case .

Shruti SuranaMom of a 12 yr 3 m old boy4 years agoA. hi dear mom..no issues...babys weight depends on birth weight..baby should ideally double birth weight by three to six months and triples birth weight by completion of one year..baby should be exclusively breast fed till six months
