Take healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products fenugreek ajwain to increase your milk supply
More sucking leads to more milk
Give adequate feeding
Burp well after every feeding
Try to keep head up position while feeding
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
