Look with what your question I can figure out is probably the system of the child is not clear suffering with constipation not passing pooping regularly this system is not clean which is why the child is not willing to eat you have to make sure that your child poops properly they regularly and then only the child is going to eat so you can use a laxative after consulting the doctor
