Eggs and non veg foods like chicken, fish, meat. Variety of grains, cereal and pulses. At least 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Dry fruits like almonds, walnuts, cashew nuts, raisins, dates. Add ghee to baby’s food.

To increase the weight, include fat and protein rich foods like potato, rice, pumpkin, sweet potato, eggs, chicken, fish, legumes, ghee, milkshakes with dry fruits, banana, avocado, paneer and 550-650 ml milk everyday including variety of fluids. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks.
