NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello some babies are slow weight gainers and if the baby is active then wieght is not a problem and make sure to give your child healthy and nutritious food in the diet and include banana avocados potatoes and sweet potatoes ragi dry fruits powder etc egg
