Add ghee to every meal and squeeze lemon wherever possible. Use full cream milk to prepare recipes like porridge, kheer and give as milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Continue to breastfeed baby. Give top food 3 to 4 times a day and up to three fourth katori every time.
