#asktheexpert . my baby is not gaining weight and dont hold things in hand he is 2months 10 days old

A. dear mum, exclusive breastfeeding till 6 months complete is the most healthy way to gain weight. if your baby is active, alert, passing urine more than 7 times in 24 hours, achieving all growth milestones, gaining weight at least 500 grams per month then do not worry.

A. baby after birth will gain around 500-800 g per month...it is exclusively Breast feed recommended for six months you can start with vitamin supplement as zincovit or A to Z drops consulting your pediatrician
