#AskTheExpert my baby is not eating well. Don't want to eat. still brest feeding.

A. Hi, It's babies nature even my daughter was not eaten well for the past 10 days..she jus want to have friuts,fruit juices,biscuits..after that she itself started havng food on regular basis..it doesn't matter..give your baby fruits,do some physical games with your baby so that after playing they'll get hungry nd they'll ask us mumma ..I want this and this nu..so relax they'll change..

HiWrite Maintain hygiene Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc Maintain hygiene Wash hands often before touching your baby Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly

A. Hello dear parent, just give food to your baby in a gap of 3 to 4 hours and give in small portions only. As that will help in eating less and frequently. This also help in increasing Appétit and baby remains active. Good luck and take care
