A. start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day as diet alone can't meet nutritional requirements of a growing child so supplements are a must

A. Hi parent please avoid all packaged food and product with refinde flour please include natural probiotics and dairy products and green leaf veggies and fresh fruit and different seeds and nuts in your child daily diet please encourage your child for physical activity like walking jumping skipping cycling etc
