#AskTheExpert my baby is mostly depend on milk nat eating much food, is it ok for 10 months baby ornot fornow?

A. Good Growth of the child is very important and for this most important is that child should take a healthy diet where its necessary to give a balance diet which should contain all the nutrition required. This is very important for building the immunity also. Encourage for green vegetables fruits dairy products all kinds of dal and other protein containing food items like soyabean eggs etc. Some nutritional deficiencies can be a cause for less appetite like iron deficiency which is mosvdt common. Supplements like iron supplements and multivitamin with lysine like syp zincovit CL can be given for 1-2 months to increase the appetite. Diet counselling is alvso very important .

A. Footage of cause completely important at this age because milk is not sufficient so I hope you’re not giving bland food to the child you have to go ahead what are all the necessary spices including soul for proper testing into the phone
