AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom Taking out lar is normal in babies. Clean the mouth with soft cotton cloth. For phelgm give indirect steam to ur baby 2-3 times in a day. This will help in liquifying mucus and clear the chest congestion. Take care
